The room was neat and perfect little with washing machine, balcony plus table & chairs. We had a brilliant service, great breakfast.

The room here was recently updated and absolutely perfect, featuring a window that opened up to the city. the location is fantastic, with easy access to the airport, shopping centers, and the new trams. 🏙️.

Ideal place with VERY FRIENDLY staff and fast wi-fi. Brand-new room with comfortable bed and hypoallergenic pillows. Location not far from restaurants and shopping. Real good stay, as always.

The service from the two people looking after the resort was amazing. I have never experienced such wonderful hospitality. Let me assure you I would definitely stay there again if visiting the Gold Coast. Also the pool is absolutely perfect for relaxing and the location is spot on - not too far from Broadbeach or Surfers Paradise.

This place has a fantastic location, right by the bus stop for theme parks, the beach, shops, and restaurants.

It has all what you need inside of your room: laundary, microwave, iron and e.t.c Hotel's stuff are very friendly.

The hosts were a very nice couple. The fan in one of the rooms were broken and they had a new one replaced it within a day! Went out, came home and had a new fan for the entire stay. Self-contained apartment; nice and friendly hosts, very resourceful and felt like home during my stay there. Really enjoyed it!

It was not on Surfers' Paradise per se. Had to walk about 20 minutes to reach Surfers' Paradise. Other than that, there is a bus stop outside the apartment which brings you straight to the city. Problem with buses in Gold Coast is that regardless of where you stop, its a single rate. Can be pricy if you are getting down after one stop. Perhaps you could get the bus card when you are there.

The staff here were really friendly and welcoming whenever I needed assistance. the location is great and super convenient, with the airport just 25 km away. 😊.

Owners are very freindly, aways stop to say hi, and the rooms are very clean.... but number 1 great service.....

This place is conveniently located near the beach, cafes, restaurants, and a bowling club, making it ideal for a fun outing.

Close to local shops, Broadbeach, Surfers paradise, reasonably priced.

Host did not seem too concerned that we had booked a twin room for children and there were non available. We had emailed this request prior to our booking and there was no response regarding this. This is something that should be looked at as there was no indication it was two double rooms when we booked out accommodation. Hosts also did not permit us use of poolside area for a couple of hours after we had checked out, which I thought was a bit pedantic and mean spirited

Location, Comfort, Friendly helpful staff, Good tv, Peaceful.

We did notice some noise when a family group moved into the unit above in last day or so, but this was not a major issue at all, so we cannot really complain, having asked for a ground-level unit.

I really appreciated the early check-in and the outstanding customer service. the unit was super spacious and had everything we needed. Plus, the location is unbeatable—such a nice area! 🌟.
